We provide pan-India delivery services (subject to serviceable postal codes). International shipping is available for select regions and can be calculated during the checkout process based on your destination.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. *In case of any discrepancies, we will inform you via email or phone.
For domestic deliveries, the standard time is 5 to 7 business days, depending on the serviceable postal code.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Drona Aviation is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately at support@plutodrones.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. *It is advisable to record an open box video at the time of receiving the shipment for further claims processing.
